Kingsway- When Only The Best Is Good Enough

After being devastated by Hurricane Charley on August 13, 2004, Kingsway Country Club engaged Ron Garl, Kingsway's original architect, to make specific improvements to our golf course. Garl's qualifications include more than a dozen courses chosen to host PGA, Senior PGA, LPGA, Canadian and European Tour Events.

Our many lakes, which come into play on fourteen holes, were expanded by over five acres, which improved both our course quality and water retention for irrigation. Greens were redesigned and expanded. Undulations were added to the fairways.  New bunker sand, waste and beach bunkers were added to several holes. Bridges were rebuilt, trees have been replanted and relocated, mounds and decorative grasses have been added, drainage is improved, and computerized sprinkler heads relocated to improve what is already one of the best golfing facilities in Florida.

Visit our redesigned layout to learn more about the course and the improvements.  The finished golf course has six sets of tees, ranging from 5,200 to over 7,100 yards, allowing men and women of all abilities to enjoy the ultimate golfing experience, regardless of age or skill level. Kingsway's state-of-the-art practice facility which includes both a sand and waste bunker, chipping green, driving range, and expansive putting green, will allow you to practice any shot you may encounter on the golf course.  Our greens, already voted the best in southwest Florida by the Southwest Florida Seniors Association role true and fast.

Kingsway is a place where you have the freedom to enjoy the total golfing experience and shooting a great round makes it even better.
